As required by Czech law, I am also obliged to keep statutory records of certified translation and interpreting assignments. These records include the client’s identification details and information relating to the assignment.
Personal data contained in the documents you submit are processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. They are not disclosed to third parties unless I am legally required to do so.

For the operation of this website, I use trusted service providers, such as web hosting and e-mail providers, who may process personal data on my behalf as data processors.
If you use my services as a certified translator or certified interpreter, Czech law requires me to record certain information about each assignment in the national database of certified translation and interpreting assignments, maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
Only the information required by law is recorded, such as the client’s identification details, the dates on which the assignment was accepted and completed, the source and target language, and the scope of the translation or interpreting service.
The content of the translated or interpreted documents is never entered into this database.
